Established in 1930.
The restaurant was established in the early 1930's and has stayed with the same family since. The restaurant, itself, has stayed at the same location since its opening decades ago. The current owners established themselves as the third generation of owners after taking over in the 1960s.

  Old school Americanized Cantonese Chinese food. Rice, noodles and meats that were prepared in the same way for last 60 years. Good fresh and crisp vegetables although I get a hint of MSG stickiness after eating. I really enjoy the restaurant and service from women who have been here since Ford. A locals favorite. Chow mien prepared several ways. Just too much breading on fried prawns.

  This place was great. All the food was great and their customer service was outstanding. Being in CA u don't find too much of that friendly/ professionalism, but at Paul's kitchen you do. This establishment has been there for over 70 years. I will be visiting this place again and again.

  My first experience here was so phenomenal I've been back many times, and will continue to come. The food is great, the price is wonderful. It's a beautiful,clean restaurant.It has since become a very special place to me.
